iPhone owner sues Apple for $1 million

Dongmei Li of Queens, New York, is sueing Apple for taking $200 off the price of the iPhone that she's filed a lawsuit seeking $1 million in damages. She bought the 8gb phone in June when it was $499. But on September 5 , Apple decide to drop the prices to atract more customers into buying the product. Apple was nice enought to give $200 back to the people who bought the phone 14 days prior the reduction price. But that didnt satisfy Dongmei Li who wants to sue them for 1 millions dollars. The U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York, the price reduction injured early purchasers like herself because they cannot resell the product for the same profit as those who bought the cell phone following the price cut. Apple spokeswoman Susan Lundgren declined to comment, citing the company's policy to not discuss pending litigation. Then AT&T required a two-year service contract for the iPhone constituted unfair business practices. Hopefully this is the last complaint for the Apple company over the iPhone. Prices go up, and prices come down... what can you do???

iPod History

The iPod is a portlable media player invented and sold in the year of 2001 by Apple. Steve Jobs announced it as a Mac-compatible product with a 5 GB hard drive that put "1000 songs in your pocket." Apple did not develop iPod's software entirely in-house. Apple instead used PortalPlayer's reference platform which was based on 2 ARM cores. Apple contracted another company, Pixo, to help design and implement the user interface, under the direct supervision of Steve Jobs. iPods then got color displays from Max OS X like Aqua colored progress bars. In 2007, Apple modified the iPod interface again with the introduction of the sixth-generation iPod classic and third-generation iPod nano by changing the font to Helvetica which made the iPod smaller. The iPod then got smaller and more popular all around the world. Videos, photos, games plus the music is all these people want and they get it in one. Now, just released in 2007, the iPhone was introduced at a cost of $599 but then went down $300 2 months after. This is one of the biggest steps foward in technology. People copmpared it to the second coming of Jesus for the telephone world. This phone has internet, music. calender, movie... anything and it is a great success for the Apple company.

eStadium

eStadium seams like a huge breakthrough in technology and in sports. eStadium is a software letting people text, watch videos, football players history and cool things like that on the big screen at the stadium. Also if parents arent able to make it to the game they can see their kids play stats on the computer through the eStadium software. This is very expensive but the students who go to Jeff high school are willing to work hard for this opportunity to get one of the coolest things for a school to have. eStadium is helping people and fans be more a part of the game as well as the school. This seems like a community and school that deserves this and will be one of the very first few to have this. The thing that people would have to worry about is poeple putting bad things on the eStadium board while games are being played.
